To qualify for a return or exchange:

- Original tags and packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by misuse, or missing original packaging may not be eligible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom products
- Digital/downloadable products
- Health and personal care items
- Intimate or sanitary goods
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges for:
- Defective items
- Damaged products
- Incorrect sizes or wrong items received
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be offered instead.

Please do not send items back without approval.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for valuable items
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
